We specialise in made-to-order bridalwear, including dresses, separates, and accessories. All items are handcrafted in the UK and produced on demand.

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, slight variations may occur in colour, fit, and finish. These are not considered defects.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods available on our website.

5. Production and Dispatch

Each item is made to order. Estimated dispatch dates are provided on each product page.

While we aim to meet or exceed these timelines, delays may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

6. Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

If you wish to cancel before production starts, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation will be possible.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Sizing and Fit

We provide sizing guidance to support your selection; however, customers are responsible for selecting their correct size.

As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for sizing issues unless the item does not match the measurements stated in the product description.

Where possible, we may offer alterations or exchanges at our discretion, which may incur additional costs.

8. Dispatch Delays and Refunds

If your order exceeds the stated dispatch timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund upon request.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
