We really hope you love your order from Knights Link London but if for any reason you are not happy or change your mind please email us at hello@knightslink.com within 14 days of your purchase being delivered and we will be happy to help you find a solution!

We expect all our pieces to arrive in perfect condition and be of excellent quality. However, if there is any fault with your product please get in contact with us at hello@knightslink.com and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please ensure you take photographs of the fault before posting it back to us.

Accessories Returns at Knights Link London

For all accessories in the Knights Link London collection, we offer return for refund if your item isn't quite what you were looking for. Please ensure the product is returned unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging, including labels and tags. Please include a note inside stating your order number and reason for return. 

We recommend that you send the parcel with tracking and use a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning your order. Any issues please email us as soon as possible.

A full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the returned goods so long as they arrive in the correct condition. Please note that the postage charge from your original order is not refundable.

At Knights Link London, every piece is handmade to order in the UK, created with care and intention. Because of the nature of our garments and our small-scale production, we don’t offer refunds on clothing items including, dresses and separates.

Instead, we offer a considered store credit returns option designed to give you flexibility while allowing us to maintain the quality and care behind each garment.

If your garment isn’t quite right

If something doesn’t feel perfect when your item arrives, we are always here to resolve any issues you may have.

We offer store credit on clothing items eligible returns, allowing you to:

  • Reorder in a different size if the size you ordered isn’t quite right

  • Choose another style from our website if the style you ordered doesn’t work for you

  • Reorder something else when the time feels right

We are always happy to guide you through the process and help you find the best possible fit to feel your best.

Returns conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, in original condition with security tags still intact and returned in original packaging only
  • Store credit is issued once the return has been approved and received
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Please note that items bought via Sample Sales or Black Friday Sales are final and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
