Each piece is handmade by us in London, once the order has been placed and paid for by the customer. We kindly request that you check the estimated production time for your chosen piece to ensure you are aware of how long it takes for your piece to be crafted by us at our highest standard before it is dispatched out to you.

FREE Royal Mail Tracked Service 2-3 days for delivery once posted for orders over £100.
Royal Mail Tracked Service For £4 | 2-3 days days for delivery once posted.
1st Class Tracked & Signed For £7 | 1 - 2 working days for delivery once posted.
Europe:
International Priority £20 | 1 - 3 working days for delivery once posted.
Rest of the world:
International Priority £30 | 1 - 3 working days for delivery once posted.

Items are dispatched via Royal Mail for UK orders or Fedex for international orders with tracking confirmation.

You'll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a dispatch email notification with tracking information once your item is on its way to you.

While we take utmost care in preparing your order, Knights Link London cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage once the package is in transit. Once an order is picked up by the carrier we release all responsibility. Lost or stolen packages are not our responsibility and we are unable to send out replacements or refunds in these unfortunate situations.
